Passions, Values, and Skills: Creating Opportunities for Students’ Career Exploration

As educators, it is our responsibility to empower the young people we work with to define their own path towards career success. In this session, we will discuss how to guide students to consider career exploration as a discovery of their assets – passions, values, and skills. Learn tips and best practices to provide students the space to identify their interests and take action to learn more about careers of interest. Participants will leave this workshop with new tools to guide personal reflection and career exploration and additional resources for continued student support.
