Our vision is that NOLA CCAN impacts the city’s entire school system and that every student is on a path towards gainful employment in a dignified career with an affordable postsecondary education credential of value. We are focused on system-level impact.

NOLA CCAN is an initiative of the Cowen Institute at Tulane University that fosters collaboration and leads capacity building professional development for high school counselors, practitioners, and youth-serving organizations to increase college and career access, persistence, and success for New Orleans youth.

We lead the New Orleans:

• College and Career Counseling Collaborative

• College Persistence Collaborative

• Data Fellowship

• FAFSA Campaign

We also share data and host convenings aimed at increasing post-secondary outcomes for New Orleans youth.
